BACkbone – 5.5%A very fresh oatmeal IPA, to savor after a good climbing session, concocted for our friends at Backbone, a really cool climbing center located in Bromont. A collaboration that recedes on day one, because we love them very much. |
BRUNE ALPINE – 6.2%American-inspired brunette with a biscuit taste with a fruity finish obtained from the hops and Brett strain used. |
BRETT SUR MARS – 5.9%Marzen-type beer that is part of our German-inspired lager-Brett series. Well rounded, note of bread and biscuit, with a natural carbonation which gives it a silky texture. |
Session Abenaki – 4.4%Dry and low in alcohol, it has a resinous and fruity taste reminiscent of melon, good bitterness. |
Porter Iroquois – 7.0%Robust porter typical of this name, characterized by notes of chocolate and coffee from the malts and grains used. |
amirye – 7.0%This rye IPA has a lot of character, the beautiful spicy, herbaceous and leather side, a beautiful complex beer, like certain human relationships. |
UNKEL BRETT – 5.2%Dunkel type, a dark farmhouse lager, inspired by Franconian beers, note of toast and hint of caramel. |
SAISON BLANCHE – 5.5%Wheat season inspired by the Belgian white. Coriander, orange and lemon zest give it a lovely lemony and slightly spicy freshness. |
SAISON DES CERVIDÉS – 5.3%A blend of three seasons matured in barrels, each time producing a unique taste and result. 1/3 Balsa Miela, 1/3 Grisette de la marmitte and 1/3 Saison des Palombes Ass. |

ELDERFLOWER BLOOM- 4.5%Beer with flowers and elderberries concocted in collaboration with our neighbors of elderberry vitality. Dry, with some tannins. Very refreshing |
Sutton NOIRE – 6.3%Our Black IPA, a fruity beer, with aromas of dark chocolate, with a good bitterness, always concocted with a 100% brett blend note. |
Saison des palombes – 5.4%A Belgian-inspired season with character that lets the yeasts express themselves, with spicy and peppery notes. |
GRISETTE DE LA MARMITE – 4.3%Belgian inspired beer. It is partly fermented in oak barrels, which gives it a woody, farmy and slightly acidulous touch. |
KELLERBEAR – 5.4%This Kellerbier beer is a blonde farmhouse lager, inspired by a visit to Franconia, Germany. Note of fresh bread and slight bitterness. Lager-brett mix. |
LA SARAH – 4.4%Fruity and slightly acidic, beer with apricots and passion fruit. Perfect to refresh yourself in the sun. 100% BRETT |

King Sevan – 4.7%Pale ale created in honor of Sévan, a great friend, inspired by the English ale style with slightly fruity and lemony notes. |
SAISON GERMINALBelgian-inspired season. Malted with a nice roundness, it nevertheless remains very dry. Our Season-Brett yeast blend is there. |
BRETT NEVER SLEEPSHere is the Sutton Brouërie version of a 100% Brett Brut IPA. Developed with our friend Noah from the famous Beerism blog, it is a very dry beer with vinous and tropical aromas. |
Imperial Brett Stout – 9.8%With its roasted, chocolate notes and its touch of Brett which gives it a slightly drier side while leaving it with a certain richness. |
LAGER MULTIGRAINS – 4.7%Lager yeast, a seasonal idea with friends from L’Isle de Garde, beer with character and exemplary drinkability. |
