American amber ale, concocted with our signature Brett yeast blend. Light caramel with medium bitterness.
DINDON SAUVAGE 5.9%
Sarrazin beer, the brainchild of 2 passionate brewers who wanted to have fun while creating a beer. Complex, with notes of tangerine and a hint of spice.

HORS-ROUTE – 5.2% – Lukr pour with a lot of foam! (Pint only)
Pilsner, Dry, crisp and herbaceous with a touch of Brouërie. Developed to refresh daredevil motorcycle adventurers tackling the TQT trails.
NANO-LAGER – 3.4%
Extra-light lager brewed with our friends at Maltstrom in Lanaudière. Mild and low in alcohol, it’s perfect for hot summer days.
OKAWARI – 5.6%
Rice lager, brewed in collaboration with our neighbors, Kokaku Ramen. Inspired by Japanese rice beers, it’ll make you say: Okawari! (The same thing, please!)

Our cuisine is inspired by local produce and world flavors. Mostly made on site, everything is designed to tantalize your taste buds. We want you to come back! Auberge Sutton Brouërie is the ideal place to relax after a day of skiing, biking or hiking. We offer a unique type of accommodation in Sutton, with the convenience and comfort to welcome singles, couples, families and friends. After a beer and a good meal at La Brouërie, head upstairs to curl up under the comforter and get a good night’s sleep before getting back to your activities. All our rooms are on two floors and can accommodate up to four people. For a more affordable, family-friendly option, standard rooms with shared kitchens are located next door at the 33 south main floor.
