Main tasks and responsibilities:
Cooks prepare and cook food while serving. They can perform the same functions as divers.
- Ensure the placement of products, rotation and adequate storage;
- See to the cleanliness, maintenance and proper use of equipment and materials;
- Carry out the implementation of an optimal work organization;
- Ensure compliance with the application of menu standardization;
- Control the quality of the dishes coming out of the kitchen;
- Apply communication mechanisms, instructions and know-how between the kitchen staff and the service staff in order to respect the quality of the dishes;
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, laws and regulations;
- Ensure compliance with work methods and product handling;
- Prepare, cook, process food according to established methods and techniques;
- Perform food assembly and packaging;

Experienced Cook
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Transport clean dishes, utensils, and other items to serving areas and set tables as needed.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs as needed.
- Use a dishwasher to wash dishes, glasses, and utensils.
- Place dishes in the designated area.
- Replenish condiments and other items on tables and in serving areas.
- Disinfect dishes and other items and wash them by hand.
- Scrub pots and pans.
- Record food quantities used.
- Package takeout food.
- Portion and wrap food.
Conditions of employment:
1 to 2 years of experience in the field is required.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
