This buckwheat beer was born from a couple of passionate brewers who just wanted to have some fun, all while creating a new beer. One day of brewing + three days of skiing and this complex beer, slightly spiced with mandarin notes, saw the light of day. In collaboration with Brasserie Dieu du Ciel. *Chardonnay barrel aged version of Dindon Sauvage
